This is one I just did for a client. He went with all Blaze 42" pit, 42" hood, side burner, ice maker, fridge and a 24" open sink. I tried to talk him into a pot filler over the side burner. I need to go back and get more pics now that he's furnished it. The total layout was 40' x 60'

Damn, that's really nice. Looks well out of my price range and out of range for the neighborhood I live in. That looks like it cost at least $50k. With something like that built, I'd assume the houses are above the $450-500k range. My little project will be around $27k when everything is done.
