Lol at McDonalds being on that list

McDonald's is a true national chain and should fare decently on an "America's favorite burger chain". Wendy's and Sonic also, even though there are probably a lot more Wendy's than Sonics.

Whataburger has stores in 10 states. Besides Texas and maybe Oklahoma, I doubt any of the states have more than a handful of locations - Arizona, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma.

In-N-Out Burger is only available in six states. Not sure about the others but for businesses only available in 10 and 6 states to be voted in the top 10 on NATIONAL burger chains is kind of surprising to me.

Sonic is way better than Wendy's or McDonald's. McDonald's burgers blow plain and simple.

I always remember when the first Whataburger opened in Lafayette. At the time it was the only fast food place with a drive thru that stayed opened late. The line would be stretched around the building with folks coming from the McKinley St strip.
