If your flight home is after lunch, leave 3/4 hours early and go to the Udvar Hazy Air and Space Museum at Dulles, you can store your luggage there and take the bus shuttle for $2 that runs every 15 minutes, FYI, its better than the Air Space Museum on the Mall
