"premium" audio and visual cables have been a rip off for years now. the only reason to purchase high end cables would be to reduce noise interference on a long run or some other specialty case. the standard home set up will see no noticeable difference whatsoever.

the only thing to watch out for is hdmi revisions. both the video out, video in, and cable should be of the same (or higher) revision to avoid limitations.
for example, everything needs to be hdmi 2.0 if you want to run 4k video at 60fps
