Yep - i am sure the kids coming from Newman require a tutor to handle Houston public schools. My friends kid that has a 4.0 at Stanford would certainly have needed assistance to at any Houston public schools.

It may just be the one school or a few schools in this area in Houston. I will need them to clarify more. Or maybe tutor is automatically assigned then find out the student is okay and doesn't need it. I don't know.
