Yes, you should pre-wire...for the right price.

I would also suggest you also add a 240V receptacle in the garage for charging electric cars. You can thank me later.

ETA: Also make sure you run a power wire to your A/C thermostat (4th wire) so you can use it to power those new wifi thermostats. 3-wire won't let you upgrade. Wifi can't run on AA batteries.

Certified did mine about 3 years ago. My house is about 2700 sqft living they did all my doors and windows, 2 motion detectors, smoke alarms, CO detectors, 2 heat detectors in my attic spaces for around $1600. This included 2 keypads and no contract requirement.
