I mean, it is a pretty well established fact why they were set up. It isn't my opinion.

And nowhere in my OP did I bash the school or say that the school should be dismantled or say that in 2017 families in the area shouldn't have the right to send their child to the best school in the area. I was just asking about them because I'm from a city where this isn't a thing so I'm just curious about them.
