Mid-range game by a mile, & the unstoppable fadeaway. Lebron struggles with this aspect.
They are similar average to below average 3 point shooters.
Defensively, Kobe is better IMO, though it's close. Kobe is a better 1 on 1 defender. Lebron is a better weakside helper defensively.
Kobe had to go thru the gauntlet of 50 win 6-8 seeds most of his career. Lebron chose to play in an inferior conference with much inferior competition. Kobe gets the nod for intangibles such as mental toughness. You will disagree.
