re: Cyclist shot on Bullard video included...weird came out of nowhere

I mean, I suppose you could get shot anywhere in New Orleans, but I don't even like to drive in New Orleans East. People should be able to ride their bikes anywhere without fear of being shot, but NO East would be one of my last choices. Plus nobody ever seems to hear or see anything in NO East, that's why they're always finding bodies over there.
