hmmmm.... I have no idea either. Comey is a piece of crap. Comey shrugs shoulders and walks away.
Wikileaks has already released documents that the USA IC has the programs to make hack look like the russians as well as other countries.
The bread crumbs pointing to the Russians are obviously left behind on purpose. Real russian gov't hackers would not be so careless. It is a setup that is obvious to anyone familiar with the subject.
