I might not do all my work in the first 100 days of my shift, but I at least have a plan to do what I need to get done by the end of the day.
Trump is not in any way ready to take on a trillion dollar infrastructure project by 2020. It's not something that can just be pulled out of hat, it's too big, he could never just affect a huge swathe of the population with a bill that wasn't CBO scored or discussed in committee or that the house hadn't read oh wait
