When groups of sore losers conspire to disrupt and constantly disrupt the functioning of the government by shouting down Congressmen and Congresswomen so they can't conduct their business with the American people they represent and when sore losers conspire to twist and twist the words of President Trump in an attempt to make it appear he has committed "high crimes or misdemeanors" for the sole purpose of having him impeached.

That's when.

So in 2010 when Republicans disrupted town halls that was treason?

If Republicans conspired to disrupt town hall meetings and disrupted town hall meetings by shouting down Congressmen and Congresswomen so they couldn't conduct their business with the American people they represented and Republicans conspired to twist and twisted the words of President Obama in an attempt to make it appear he committed "high crimes or misdemeanors" for the sole purpose of having him impeached then yes.

However, as far as I remember, Republicans didn't conspire to do both of those things and didn't do both of those things.

Did they disrupt?? or just show up and ask questions?

I don't recall any instances where all they did was shut down the ability of the speaker to present his ideas. If they disrupted by preventing the speaker to get his points across, then they were wrong.

If they just showed up - even carrying signs - but merely asked questions then that is far from 'disruption' - that is called 'participation.'

What the DIM/LIBs are doing is not participating - it is hijacking the event and preventing the discussion of ideas.

Of course, anything other than lock-step fealty to the DIM/LIB agenda is considered 'disruption' to you. All you are interested in is propaganda.
