yeah, after Spikes left as he played both OLB and ILB, but what does playing LB'er have to do with not being able to rush the QB?? 
He still pass rushed the QB and was good at it before that injury.

Dude are u kidding me go look up his sack numbers most inside linebackers rarely blitz. Only on an a gap blitz or double a gap blitz. Navaroo Bowman doesn't blitz much
