Nailed it.
Louisiana's graft and good ole boy palm greasing culture is part of why it will always be a state with squandered and wasted potential. I love my home state and most of the people from there. But it's a fricked up place that I would NEVER start a business in and had to leave to reach my professional potential. It makes me sad.
