Between the pictures they released, having the website made, having the videos made, and designing the shoe I would bet that a sizable amount of money has been spent directly related to the shoes, and this is before any production costs. They will probably sale a few more pairs, but their big earning day would have been the day of the release and they sold 300 units. By the time the shoes are delivered to customers the Balls will net less than half a million probably which isn't very good when he could have had 8 million+.
