I wear a kippah. 70% of the time.
I have had one california man in public comment in a general way identifying me as jew in a scornful angry way ever. And he was pissed i called him out about parking dunce move he had done.
So getting so many such responses in paris is telling.

The Daily Mail did one of these awhile back...except they had the guy walk around in Orthodox clothing in some of the outer arrondissements. It was pretty shocking.

Sure, you can go anywhere and encounter bigotry and harassment
But those that are using that as an excuse to minimize hostility towards Israel and Jews is simply deceiving themselves, or attempting to deceive others...

Biggest reasons in France :
- What Israel is doing to the Palestinians.
- The strong lobbying by the CRIF. Basically if you criticize Israel politics, they call you out as an antisemite / nazi and then you're done.
- The actions by the JDL (I believe they were at some point considered as terrorists by the FBI, it might still be the case).

True, but "attempting to deceive others" is also what that "journalist" is doing here.

No, "persecution" is way too strong IMO, you'll sadly see some racism, but not more than other minorities.
I mean, it's hard to trust someone who lies in the article he posted with the video..
