re: Contractor accused of fraud arrested again

Look above at all those people who were "contractors" who committed fraud. They all need to get the shite beat out of them. They are targeting people when they are at a weak point in their life. frick them.. And this Williams woman.. This is a time when I would stereotype. An older black woman claiming to be a contractor? I would need to hear from other people she has done work for, see the work, request a copy of her contractors license, call and make sure it is legit, then go look at someone else's houses she did work on before I would consider her.
