I'm a Marriott platinum member and I'm not seeing this incomparable service. I mean, it's good, but incomparable? Care to share some locations and examples?

Convention Center, Renaissance (BR & NOLA) and the JW on Canal. I've always gotten superlative service at these. I've also stayed at the main Marriott here in BR (Corporate Blvd). Same deal.
