Get a script for Prilosec from your doctor (it's different from the over the counter stuff), take one every morning and never experience heartburn again

Or buy the generic from Amazon/any pharmacy/grocery store in the country and not pay a doctor's co-pay and get the same results

No it's not.
I take 2 OTC Prilosec's every morning as instructed by a dr and never have an issue with heartburn.
Costco sells Prilosec in bulk and it's much cheaper than getting it from the pharmacy

Be careful with Prilosec - some doctors are steering their patients away from it because of potential blood pressure issues.
I don't know how the bell Prilosec would raise blood pressure but it seems that on same cases, it does.
