Canadian Transfers is the one you want. If you decide to rent a car America Car Rental is the one you want to use. In Mexico, you need full insurance and your credit card might work ok in the long run, but you could have issues in the short run.

We have used the transfer to get to Playa and then rented a car in Playa to drive south. For the most part, driving is safe in the Mexican Riviera.
