It is true. A very important piece of our history that doesn't always seem to be taught in class. Cinco de Mayo is celebrated much more widely here in the US...but no one seems to understand why.

I love a good drinking holiday as much as the next guy but don't let the meaning of the day & of that battle get lost. And don't we love a good underdog story? Rocky, Miracle on Ice, etc. The victory at Puebla is just that.
