But they found him guilty of "Intent to distribute." that would trigger it, would it not?

The prisons are full of stupid people. Let him out and he has already proven he will go right back to breaking the law....possibly with a weapon in his possession. It's not like he hasn't already done it before and continues to do these type things, right?

If he gets out and sells 18 more joints I think we will be ok.
