Pretty sure her unethical actions in having herself overseeing an estate of a CoA client, while being paid nearly 1/3 of the estate's value for her troubles, is what damaged her reputation.
ETA: hope the family doesn't get intimidated by her and counter-sues the crap out of her

This. The plummer family just didn't sit quietly by and allow it to happen. They shed light on the facts. Any defamation is of her own doing
