I just don't understand why people won't give the man a chance. What is the harm in that at this point? He is the head coach whether you like it or not so why not just hope he does great because if he does great LSU does great. Why sit here and complain every single day about the same things that we won't know the answer to for another 4 months? I know this is the rant and you want to rant but we all just keep repeating the same things over and over again on both sides of the argument. Let's just sit back and wait to see what happens before we throw judgement.

Tunes will change when LSU is stomping mudholes in the SEC. Hate dies hard, and it's gonna to take results to kill it.

I wonder what the UT fan base thought when Charlie Strong was hired? Probably much more confident than Rant posters are (at this time). I'd bet anything O doesn't come close to Strong's results.

Hell, I agree with you. he's the head coach. His first full season is a few months away. I think everyone who is a fan of LSU should give the man their full support, even if he wasn't their first choice. But I am fairly certain that there are some on here that are waiting for him to fail so they can say "I told you so"

Perhaps you should ask that question to the posters that are staring these kind of threads.
