I am guessing since the OP said "good lives" which at least insinuates lifestyle choices being the trigger.

I highly recommend the TV show 'My 600 lb Life". These people go to the hospital constantly and get all kinds of free health services just because they insist on eating 50 pounds of junk food every day. You and I are paying for it.
BTW, the biggest guy so far weighed in at 900. The biggest girl so far was 750. It takes 8 EMS guys to put them on the gurney. It's a great show.
