i mean, you have trees & shite right? i removed the shutters from the house we bought a few years ago and found several.
they come out at night and dive bomb our pool; guessing the activity draws the bugs and that draws the bats.

They dive bombed your pool to drink water. It's pretty cool to watch, they swoop down and skim the water and drink on the fly.
