I have this same question. Lamboland dreams ended real fast. What changed other than just the price?

Go read about the catastrophic Augur security flaw. Or better yet, take some time to understand the technology behind what ETH is actually trying to accomplish.

What's the thought process here?
ETH is needed to buy other alts. You need it to get shite done and is how new companies will access the blockchain. Buying Veritaseum or SALT (or whatever comes next). This usage will not change except to expand.

LTC is like 60-1 to BTC. It's role is growing and is affordable to new money. More LTC ATM's are coming and it will be more common to spend in daily life. I can see it getting 4-1 or even 1-1 with BTC. Buy and hold.

So chasing the massive ICO bubble.

Why in the world would LTC, a simple BTC fork, ever achieve parity with BTC? Both protocols will have segwit, both will have payment channels, and LTC will offer absolutely no features that BTC doesn't already have. This LTC speculation is terrifying to see. It offers nothing.

I sold almost all my eth. I have no btc. Only thing I've done recently is buy some alts.

People are dumping their alts to buy btc to get some 'free' trash coin. That just smells funny to me. I'll quietly just sit on the side buying cheap shite coins

I keep going back and forth. I have $10k to spend and a big part of me wants to wait until after Aug 1. But then I think get some BTC before Aug 1 and get the BCC as well but I think I agree with you that it smells funny.

So what's your story? Are you buying any type of coins and which do you like? You seem knowledgeable but very negative on cryptos. I'd appreciate your thoughts on coins you like.

Free tokens could be worth some cash in a few months ??????

New Crypto Exchange from former Apple & IBM execs coming out in October called WCX.

10x lower fees than current exchanges, Plus a WCX-token (ERC-20) that pays out dividends to it's shareholders based on the exchange's profits.

They're currently paying out 50 WCX-tokens just to sign up for their Newsletter using an email address.

So making money is not a good thing? Okay.

So what 5-6 cryptos do you believe are good bets, in your expert sounding opinion?

Free county and you are certainly entitled to your option. But I disagree and believe you are wrong.

I'm pretty sure Space X was pretty big into Iota.

Not a coin I would back, but most of these are crapshoots anyways, so to each their own

One of the older alts... hit a billion in market cap almost 4 years ago, only at 2 billion today Legit has no shot at 4-1 with btc. There are already 150% more ltc than there will ever be btc. 52 million vs 21 million.

Well this is worth a shot. 100 investment could end up yielding a secondary income stream within a few years especially if it can establish trust and offer more coins than gdax.

It is all a crap shoot, for sure.

But at the moment I feel comfortable at 25% of my crypto portfolio parked in LTC for the next 2-24 months.(Things can/will change...)

I'm looking at the same dollars in LTC to give me a greater return than if they were parked in BTC. We will see.

Seems likr iy might be easily diluted is the downside already pver 100k signups. That's only gonna grow and each time it does atleast 50 new tokens get created. I wish they were more like gdax than polo

What is the fork going to do to ETH? I'm guessing we're gonna tank like a mofo on 8/1 but maybe come back strong.

I don't like or dislike anything. Nearly the entire space has turned into scams and pyramid schemes. It's weird how religious people are with preferred bubble de jour.

A few pages back I said that if you can pick the one C-A- winner and the one -A-P winner, then you'll have the two winning protocols.

I don't think that 10 cent ICO price will hold up.

OK I have 300 in bitcoin (bought at 1700 and 2200) and 50 in LTc (bought at 36) should I invest in ETH or continue to pump money in the other two?
