Rick he lost the OC he promoted the right guy apparently then hired a top OC post season he then went out and recruited at a high level in a trasitional year which is tough. Maybe he hasn't hit every mark possible to have undoubtably improved at the highest level but in all the ways he's had a chance to he has. Not saying he'll go out and win a natty but the "shred" of proof comment is just ridiculous.

I agree and give him credit for keeping the class together. But again, we already knew he was an elite recruiter and he had relationships with all those recruits.

Thats reasonable. But all the things he did have nothing to do with the area he has been questioned. he has always been a great recruiter. He has always been a master motivator. But we have yet to see if he is better at running a program or being a better game day coach.
We've just had a great recruiter and great motivator that had average at best game day coaching.
