Might not be your issue, but this is a good time to reiterate to yall to go figure out what capacitor your AC unit (s) use and go order one. May cost $15-20.
Many times this is your issue and it is a fairly quick fix, providing you know a bit of maintenance, etc.

damn good idea...I have meant to do this for a couple of years now. that can save you days of misery and hundred of dollars.
