I believe what he is trying to convey with his message is that this sweep proves nothing in terms of gauging how good of a team we are based on sweeping a team that has been swept in 4 straight sec series. That's right, they haven't won an sec game in a month. They've been swept in 6 total series, including 5 in the sec. They will also get swept at least 2 more times this season. They're like the equivalent of LSU basketball this past season. They haven't won a single game since April 1st, which coincidentally is April fools day lol. Don't get too excited over sweeping the gumps bc basically everyone does it. They're hot garbage. You can't say lsu has turned the corner and is hitting their stride and making improvements bc they sweep bama when we needed to and should have.

I'm not. But we took care of business and for that I'm glad. We're still in the thick of things headed down the stretch. Why can't we just applaud the team for a second for taking care of business and disposing of a team they should dispose of?

Exactly. We just played Bama. The other teams ahead of us had cupcakes. And that's why they are a game or two ahead of us.
Pending tonight's DH, we could be one game back of 1st place. Think about that

He was trying to show how much of a dickhead he can be and you are doing the same.
It's an SEC sweep. It was needed and the team got it.
If we hadn't got, you would be bitching over that because that's what you are...a fan who likes to bitch even when we sweep. You must be fun to live with everyday.

This for crying out loud. All of a sudden were Omaha bound again right?
Lets see how we fare at home against SC this weekend. Maybe we have built some momentum. A sweep of SC, or even taking 2 out of 3, would be a huge step in the right direction. Using the Bama series as a barometer for improvement is just plain dumb.
