Curious statement - I don't think there were any rear windows on the SR-71. See pics:

They had two rear view mirrors that gave them limited vision behind and to the side


They also had a periscope that let them look aft about fifteen degrees on either side of the plane's axis. They could check the engines, rudder trim, contrails, incoming missiles, etc. visually.
