Not much different than choosing to live in New Orleans vs Metaire, Kenner, or the Northshore. You'll get a different feel from place to place.
We have strong opinions on working with anyone in Ft. Worth. Ft. Worth is known for being more relaxed and informal and that plays into decisions we make when we deal with anyone based in Ft. Worth

You also have to consider that the affluent neighborhoods in Dallas aren't part of Dallas County school districts, which makes a huge different if you decide to live in Dallas. Lake Highlands is part of Richardson ISD and Highland Park has its own school district.
