State Farm is about to take a huge hit.
Aside from the $7 billion in auto loss, the company now has auditing procedures for claims being filed. Every company has that in place, but now EVERY CLAIM will be audited, meaning more hassle for all involved. Talk to any collision center, and they will affirm over the past 6 months or so, SF has been a pain in the arse.

Their rates are jumping, as they have too much of the market. Yet, for whatever reason, people are loyal to their insurance companies. Can't figure it out.

They are hurting big time, my fiancé works there. They have jacked up my rates insanely high, I'm about to switch. They are dropping auto coverages in Texas for almost any accident, at fault or not, at this point. Geico and nationwide are eating their lunch.
