Wifi assist is turned off. It's been off for as long as I recall. I've also adjusted her settings in FB to only Auto-Play videos on wifi. And to not use data to download App Store updates. Also "Background App Refresh" is turned off.
I've reset her statistics so I'll check in the morning if any apps have used data since we'll be on wifi the whole time.
It's just frustrating. I'll give AT&T a call as well, but I don't expect any help.
