I answered the question, it happened in the last president but its the same gov't that has been doing it for years due to its relationship with the MIC. Trump has shown he isn't against the MIC either, its a mess.

I missed your response saying it was Obama that negotiated the $1B privilege of protecting SK with our missile defense system. My bad.
At least Trump is trying to get these countries to see the light. It seems that he's listening to voters because more and more appear to want to stop doing this stuff for free.
