I highly, HIGHLY recommend Weight Watchers. If you do it right, you will never feel deprived and it fricking works. Have done it several times and am currently doing it and have lost about 30 pounds. Combine it with a workout program and you will drop the weight fast.

Greek yogurt with fruit is great

Also, replace the bread in your sandwich wth lettuce

Make it a wrap, it's almost as good

I dip my wraps in hummace
