Reposition that shower curtain rod to push the shower wall back to the Sheetrock wall and caulk the hell out of it.
Or buy some plastic strips to close the gap and caulk the hell out of it.
Either way, caulk the hell out of it. And stop the wall from falling on the neighbors property.
