Take this for what it's worth, which probably isn't much, but here is what my sauces think:
BRPD - Rumors only
LSP - Rumors only
LANG - Rumors only, but a message went out two weeks ago as a freindly reminder that they were still on standby and to be ready to go at any time.
DPSC - This is from a guy who knows anybody worth knowing in LA LEO. From the conversations he has had, he is "very confident" that it is that it could be announced by Friday; more likely by the end of next week.
Just passing on the message.

I'm thinking that the results need to come out next week rather than this.
If this thing is positive for the cops, I'm not sure the protest or riots will be confined to North Baton Rouge or even Baton Rouge. You have three big events going on in S. LA this weekend. Festival Internationale in Downtown Lafayette, Jazz Fest in Mid City New Orleans and the Zurich Golf Tourney in New Orleans....prime spots for opportunistic protesting and disruption
