Foster is a trap player, has been nothing but off the field issues. Odds are we'd maybe get one good year out of him while the rest is eaten up with arrests, suspensions, and the like.

Its crazy how a pothead never failed a drug test at college. And even the one at the combine wasnt a true positive test in the sense of the word.
