For example, is enough drugs actually going to stick to the truck to set off the dogs? Wouldn't most of it just blow off in the wind? Would any of it actually stick at all?

Was a short distance away, compacted powder hit with a high powered round would expand, the truck would retain fine trace amounts with natural magnatisim. Dogs have a unique way of identifying scent. It's beyond our comprehension, it would be like a dog trying to understand what it's like to read a book. They can look and see the pictures, but they couldn't understand a novel. A dog can break down each scent, we can smell a soup and get an ideas of what is in it, dog could walk into a room with 10 soups and know what was in each pot.

I think the bloodhound has the best nose in the k9 world.

Grizzly bear has the best though, they can do all that but like in a 25 mile radius. I can't imagine how horrible that would be. I mean..every time the neighbor farted..youd know.

People dont realize how well dogs smell. You can handle drugs, go to your car with nothing on you, touch the handle to get in and a dog can hit on that, days later. So im pretty sure actual product sitting on the back of the truck will leave more than enough of a scent for a dog to hit on.

He knew where the stop to drop weapon off was. I dont think its as far fetched as people are making it out to be. Slightly ridiculous? Yes.
