I've got a question about Scotty putters.
If I took the grip off of the one I have, and put a paddle on it, would that ruin the putter? I don't plan on selling it, but I went back to an old Versa I have with a paddle on it, and I like that grip better.
This is the one I have,

Net, how old is it? It looks to be not that old so I f you want to regrip and use it do it. If you did end up selling it it would probably be to someone that wants to put in play so I new grip won't hurt anything. If you're talking about something with any kind of collecter value I wouldn't change it if you want to keep the value.

Net, Losing the extra 50 grams up top will curve out the stroke more - be careful with that change to the putting stroke.
Otherwise, you should be good to go.
