The manager is very active and wants to ensure a great meal. Everyone is busy and working and not just standing around on their phones and whatnot. Pluckers seems to be run by hacks who have no desire to be there.
I wish the BWW on Bluebonnet was like the one in Gonzales. I love their chicken fingers but dealing with their service and nasty restaurant are not worth it.
