Dunn Pitch Selection

So Dunn is calling balls to be bounce on the plate or missed by two feet?

The problem is two-fold. I've seen several lsu pitchers miss spots today. In fact I think Reynolds may have hit pap's target maybe twice. Which leads to the 2nd part. Why can't a 4-year pitcher under Dunn execute pitches on a more consistent basis?
