Where are you located?
See if there is a Site One near you. They offer professional grade Lesco which is an excellent option. They also have a fantastic schedule to follow

If you pass through Lafayette just stop by Chastant Brothers and get whatever they recommend. They mix it up themselves and it's always been good to me.

Lesco 15-0-15 is the best on the market. Buy it at Home Depot or a John Deer place. St Aug and Centipede doesn't like stuff with more than 15% nitrogen. Don't throw that 29% nitrogen stuff on there. Get the Lesco, it's homogenized time release stuff. A $30 bag will treat about 5-6,000 SF but the bags say it treats 9,000 SF or so. The time release pellets will feed for up to 90 days.
I'm 47 years old, my company has transferred me 4 times to 4 different states where 4 different kinds of grasses were grown in my yards. That Lesco works the best and I've tried them all.
