no, he has to have accomplished his entire agenda already. Just like Obama, who was able to close gitmo, or who immediately acknowledged the wwi armenian genocide like he repeatedly promised to in his campaign, or like how if you like your insurance you can keep it, etc...

He's really nailed it with all that meaningful legislation passed. Like letting ISP's sell your data without your consent and making it easier for businesses that abuse their workers to get government contracts.
