Of course I do - I'd hope that Congress can address the 3% of the population that falls into this category without harming the other 97%. Unfortunately, Republicans in Congress don't seem to want that.

Do you not understand that when premiums rise for people eligible for subsidies, somebody has to pay for the necessary increase in subsidies? Do you think that money appears out of thin air. Your spiel that nobody is "harmed" when premiums rise for somebody on subsidies is wrong: the money is coming from somewhere, and that harms someone.

That's because it's not possible.

The 97 will always bear the cost.

Since you're for it you can volunteer to pay for everyone who isn't.
