That's not how Marxism works. The actual Marxists are the last to starve. Everyone else gets to "fair share" themselves to starvation before the Marxist goes hungry.

I bet they're part of the 10% that's doing quite well for themselves. It work just the way the rich folks of Venezuela wanted it to work.
