Emphasis on "allegedly," but the girl's father stated that Mixon threw his daughter to the ground and hit her. This occurred while Mixon was in high school.

Apologies if this is old news; thought it was worth sharing since we are rumored to have interest in Mixon.

@ProFootballTalk: High school allegation against Joe Mixon was recanted, and the school has no record or report of an incident

He would be a big hit on our offense. He would be a sure smash with the ladies in New Orleans, I'm sure they would let him knock it out a few times.

I won't watch Saints games if we draft this piece of shite. Character trumps talent every time.

Classic case of rumors leaked right before the draft. I'm not saying it's not a possibility, but this happens every year with several players. There will be more stories like this coming out in the next week.

If they dug up a quarter of the 'dirt' from NFL players' high school days, the league would resemble an NBA D league

Maybe if he punches some chick next week we'll be able to get him in the 7th?

Pretty sure Brees has an assault charge or two. It's really not a big deal these days

Our last 3rd round pick is the earliest I would consider him, based on what his actual value is with his risk / reward ceiling. I don't really give a frick about his character other than how it indicates future flags down the road which will prevent him from playing in the NFL.

I think he is a good value from late 3rd round and back. Any earlier, ya stupid.
