i work in mental health. hernandez was not under any psychosis. He knew EXACTLY what he was doing, and didnt care. He tried to cover his tracks so he wouldnt get caught. That is not someone who is so mentally unstable that he isnt responsible for his actions. Gtfo with that shite. Yeah i agree he is a mental case though, takes someone fukd up mentally to murder someone else. Does not mean he isnt to be held responsible for it.
