Of those 52 Million, how many are on assistance? Not only do they not pay, they are net takers. they cannot pull their own weight. Mostly just leeches on their fellow countrymen.

Probably a lot of them. There would be some stuck in the area where they don't have a tax liability but they make too much to receive "assistance" but my guess is that a majority of them get welfare in some form.

So 31 million got paid for not paying Fed income tax.
